A Cop Returns A Stray Beaver To Its Natural Habitat
Broadwater County, 29 June
The Broadwater County Sheriff’s Office released a video of the beaver being relocated after a resident reported the animal in his yard. According to the police department, a local resident came to the office to report a guest that had moved into his courtyard without a rental contract in Broadwater County on 29th June. The unwelcome visitor was having fun with the sprinkler and devouring the trees. Crusch, a City Compliance Officer, was able to help and have the unwelcome visitor removed. The Broadwater County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a statement: “He (the beaver) was asked where he wanted to go, and an agreement was made.” The unwanted guest was released back into the river without incident.
