This is the funny moment baby elephant, Khanyisa is trying to steal food from another elephant’s mouth.

Khanyisa is a small elephant that was rescued last year after being trapped and now lives with a herd of other rescued elephants at HERD Elephant Orphanage in South Africa. The orphanage staff shared the video of the playful calf trying to steal a friend’s food on 6th July.

Khanyisa is seen pushing and chasing young Timisa while trying to steal the branches from her mouth.

The Orphanage explained: “Timisa is careful not to hurt Khanyisa but still stands her ground while Khanyisa gives her all to the game, using every technique she can think up. She pushes, chases, trunk-grabs, trunk-curls, kisses, and even slips her long thin pink trunk into Timisa’s mouth in the effort to pinch a bite from Timisa’s hard-earned foraged branches. “
