Cars Left Stacked On Top Off Each Other After Heavy Rain Floods Underground Car Park
This is the moment cars are left stacked on top of each other after an underground car park was flooded during a heavy storm.
The incident was filmed at an underground car park in the city of Puyang in the Chinese landlocked province of Henan on 15th June.
Heavy rain caused a city underground car park to become flooded and after the stagnant water eventually receded, the scene was a complete mess with flood-damaged cars stacked on top of each other.

The cameraperson said the vehicles in the ‘car cemetery’ were all write-offs, no matter how new they were, and will need to be scrapped.
However, there has been no official confirmation from the authorities on whether every vehicle in the car park is unfit for repair.
In the footage, a small group of people is seen inspecting the underground car park and filming the scene with their phones.

Around 10 cars left in the garage during the flood seem to be badly damaged while at least two have ended up resting on top of other cars after apparently floating around in the deep water.
