CHILD RAPE: Migrant Arrested In UK Dodges Murder Charge Over Dead 13-Year-Old Sex Attack Victim Given Seven Ecstasy Pills

Three Afghan migrants including one that fled to the UK before being arrested for dosing a 13-year-old girl with seven ecstasy pills before gang-raping her will not be charged with her murder, it has emerged.

Leonie Wallner, 13, had met the men – one of whom she knew – in the Austrian capital, Vienna, on the evening of 25th June last year.

After taking an ecstasy pill said to have been offered by one of the migrants, she had gone with the trio to a flat in Vienna’s Donaustadt district.

The suspects including Rasuili Zubaidullah who was arrested after he fled to the UK are then believed to have doped her with several more ecstasy pills – incapacitating her – before taking it in turns to rape her.

They are said to have given her a shocking seven pills in total.

Then when Leonie died, the migrants reportedly rolled her up in a carpet and propped it against a tree outside the apartment block.

They fled the scene, leaving locals to make the grim discovery the next morning.

But now it has emerged that the migrants will not be charged over Leonie’s death.

The newly-ready charge sheet includes ‘rape’ and ‘extreme sexual abuse of a minor’ but makes no mention of murder.

This is apparently because, according to local law, the intention of the act must be taken into account.

And prosecutors believe the men had ‘merely’ planned to rape Leonie, not kill her, despite the extreme number of ecstasy pills they gave her.

However, one of the suspects may still face life behind bars, as he is believed to have been 22 years old at the time.

As the other two were allegedly 18 years old, they are considered minors under local law. They face prison sentences of up to 20 years.

However, it was previously reported that the men’s ages were unclear and that they may have been older than claimed.

There were originally four suspects. However, police now believe the fourth supplied the drugs but took no part in the rape.

The remaining suspects have been named as Ali H., Ibraulhaq A., and Zubaidullah R.

A date for their trial is still pending.
