This is the moment a Chinese PE teacher propels himself over six students by pushing himself into the air while doing a handstand.

The feat of strength was filmed at a school in the county of Peng’an in the city of Nanchong in the southern Chinese province of Sichuan, and the footage was shared on the social network Douyin, also known as TikTok.

PE teacher Zhang Shuang said the pupils wanted him to show off his strength so he agreed to take part in a stunt when the class was over.

He hopped onto his hands and then ‘jumped’ over six students while in the handstand position.

The teacher said: “The class was over by that time. The children wanted to watch me perform so I found six classmates to take part, which they did under safe conditions.”

In the clip, Zhang is seen using his strong arms to propel his body off the ground and jump over a student.

He then positions himself ahead of the next pupil before lifting his body over the boy with a grunt.

The PE teacher then quickens the pace and promptly jumps over the next four students using only his arms.
