A driver led CHP, police through a high-speed wrong-way chase.

Officials from the Vallejo Police Department informed that a car chase had been called off after a suspect vehicle fled the wrong way down the freeway in Vallejo on 31st July.

As the culprit continued to drive recklessly across Vallejo, CHP H-32 was able to track down the car, which he finally fled south into Contra Costa County.

The guy exited the truck at I-680 and Highway 4 and attempted to carjack a second automobile but things went wrong for them. Police got the two people in the car on the ground and handcuffed them a few moments later.

This incident is being investigated by the Vallejo Police Department.
