Firefighters Catch Stuffed Python In Chicken Coup After Scoffing 16 Birds
This is the moment Chinese firefighters capture a huge bulging python in a chicken coup after it reportedly swallowed all 16 chickens in one sitting.
The incident was filmed by firefighters in a village in the district of Changtai in Zhangzhou City located in the south-eastern Chinese province of Fujian on 10th August.
In the footage, firefighters are seen entering the coup and finding the huge snake curled up and dozing on the floor after apparently enjoying a hearty feast.
The swollen snake spits as a firefighter grabs its body with a pole before struggling to move the reptile from its secluded corner.
Four firefighters put on protective equipment before tackling the huge snake.
They then slide the python outside and managed to stuff its huge body into a sack.
Firefighters are then seeing carrying the snake away ahead of releasing it into the wild.
According to local media, a villager called the authorities after discovering the huge three-metre-long snake in the chicken coup.
Firefighters rushed to the scene and came across the bulging python that had reportedly scoffed down all the 16 chickens.
It was not revealed whether the farmer was insured for the loss of his chickens, or if the local authorities would cover the damage.
