Heart Stopping Moment 2 Boys Play On Ledge Of 28 Storey Flat
This is the heart-stopping moment two youngsters ‘play’ on the ledge of a 28th-floor apartment before a parent realises where they are and carefully brings them inside.
The incident was filmed in the city of Liuzhou in the southern Chinese province of Guangxi on 17th July.
According to local media, two young brothers opened the window and got out onto the ledge while their parents were not looking.
They then shut the window behind them and could not get back inside, standing on the narrow ledge for several minutes.
A neighbour in an opposite building filmed the two tots standing on the ledge while trying to open the window to get back in.
In the footage, the youngsters are seen standing on the precarious ledge while the eldest boy knocks on the shutter and tries to open it.
At one point, the boy uses a leg to force open the window, but two adults arrive and easily slide open the pane to bring the lad inside.
Meanwhile, standing further away and apparently quite nervous, the younger boy apparently cries as the man reaches across, grabs his arm, and slowly pulls him towards the window.
He then closes the window to prevent any further mishap.
It is unclear if the incident was reported to the local authorities.
