Hot Pursuit Of A Stolen Vehicle Ends In A Drainage Ditch

This is the moment Californian Highway Patrol (CHP) aeroplane 37 pursues a stolen vehicle involved in a hit-and-run collision before it ends in a drainage ditch.

The police had been notified about the vehicle driving recklessly in the City of Fairfield, in the community of Cordelia, in the American state of California on 28th February.

CHP – Golden Gate Division Air Operations assisted the CHP – Solano in the hot pursuit with plane 37, which followed the vehicle from above. Although the suspect vehicle tried to go on the wrong way towards the traffic, the vehicle has been disabled by the police right after the driver had accelerated away and it then backed into a drainage ditch.

All the occupants have been taken to custody. The number of occupants is not known.

The investigation is ongoing.
