Livonia Burger King Employee Threatened A Customer With A Gun After A Misunderstanding Over The Payment Method

Livonia Burger King employee appeared before Court after pointing a gun at a drive-thru customer.

Dustin Rocheleau, 24, of Garden City, has been charged in the 16th District Court with an 8-count Felony Warrant relating to weapons allegations coming from an incident that took place at Burger King in Livonia, Michigan on 28th April 2021.

Rocheleau was working the drive-thru at the time of the incident, and it is alleged that he pointed a pistol at three customers following a disagreement over payment method.

The customers rushed away and called the Livonia Police Department.

Rocheleau ran away from the Burger King and was apprehended by cops nearby.

He was detained without incident when a pistol was discovered in his backpack.

On July 29, 2021, Rocheleau appeared before the 16th District Court and waived his preliminary examination.

He will appear in the 3rd Circuit Court for an Arraignment on Information on 5th August.
