This is the moment a six-year-old boy scores a stunning overhead-kick goal while practicing in the garden with his dad.

The video clip was filmed in the city of Pingxiang in the Chinese province of Jiangxi on 1st June.

Mr Li was taking part in a one-on-one match against his son in their garden when the youngster pulled off the Pele-esque moment.

After being outmuscled by his dad on a couple of occasions, the boy decided to throw caution to the win and attempt the impossible.

At the far end of the garden with his back to goal, the youngster flicked up the ball and punted it over his head.

The boy, who has been playing football since he was four years old, looked on from the ground as the ball sailed into the small goal frame.

In the video, the dad is seen using excessive force to defend the goal and keep his son from making an attack.

After one long-range effort was blocked by his father, the boy, with his back to goal, flicks the ball in the air and kicks it over his head.

The ball also sails over the head of his dad, who can only turn around to watch it drop straight into the goal.
