Mum Tells Young Son To Eat 120 Ice Creams After He Makes Thinly Veiled Threat To Brain Freeze Himself To Deah
This is the moment a Chinese mother puts 120 ice creams in front of her young son and tells him to eat them all after he threatened to do just that when she stopped him using his mobile phone.
Fortunately for the young lad, his stern mum only made him eat three ice creams after getting fed up on the second and already wanting to stop.
The mother, from the city of Changsha in the Chinese province of Hunan, was concerned that her six-year-old son had been playing on his mobile phone for too long and took it off him.
However, she said the young boy reacted angrily, yelling at her and threatening to eat 100 ice creams.
It is unclear what the lad meant by his statement, but it is presumed he was threatening to ‘brain freeze’ himself to death with the large number of icy treats.
Whatever his intention, he did not expect his mother to then pop to the shops with her purse and buy 120 ice creams.
She said she bought the 100 her son wanted and 20 extra, later telling him: “Eat these ice creams quickly and ‘ice yourself to death’, make your mother regret it.”
According to the mum, he comfortably ate the first ice cream, but started to regret his original claim of eating over 100.
Refusing to let him off the hook easily, she watched him struggle with a second, after which he asked: “I won’t eat anymore. Okay?”
The mum did not answer and continued watching her son. He started a third, but realised he had lost this particular battle of wills and subsequently burst into tears.
He was then excused from the table, presumably to do something other than play on his mobile phone.
