Mutant Cow With 2 Heads Uses One Brain To Control Both Mouths

These are the shocking moments after a mutant cow was born in with two heads at a farm in North Macedonia.

The mutant calf was born at a farm owned by the company Natali 2005 in the village of Kravari near the city of Bitola in North Macedonia on 16th April.

The calf, owned by farmer Vasko Popovski, reportedly has two skulls fused together with two pairs of eyes and two noses and mouths.

The mutant animal is currently drinking milk and is able to stand upright.

Sasho Gjorgjievski from the Veterinary Clinic Filipov, who delivered the calf, told Newsflash that the “calf’s vital signs are organs are functioning well”.

However, the vet added: “Most animals born with such anomalies rarely live very long.

“As it grows, its needs will change and the question will be whether it can survive. However, nothing is known yet and we hope it will live longer.”

The footage shows the calf moments after birth and lying on the ground after being cleaned up.

Clips also show the mutant cow drinking milk given to it by its owner as well as standing upright in the barn.

Gjorgjievski said: “It is surprising that the calf started to behave like any other, for example drinking milk and instantly recognising food.

“It works with one brain and both mouths lead to the same oesophagus.

“When it drinks milk with one mouth, the other mouth carries out the same movements. The commands for its functioning come from the same nerve centre.”

Gjorgjievski told Newsflash: “Veterinary Clinic Filipov has been operating in Kravari since 2003 and works with farm animals and home pets.”
