RFA Tidesurge Tanker Lands In Portsmouth Harbour
PORTSMOUTH, ENGLAND – A Tide-class replenishment tanker of the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) is seen arriving in port after completing a mission. The great moment when RFA Tidesurge A138 came up in Portsmouth Port was shared on 8th June. According to the ‘Navy Lookout’ statement, the naval auxiliary ship landed in the harbour after recently completing the inaugural refit and Lloyds inspection at Cammell Laird on Merseyside. The RFA Tidesurge A138 is a Tide-class replenishment tanker of the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary which provides logistical support to the Royal Navy, all over the world. Among many tasks that includes refuelling its warships at sea.
