Stalker Caught Playing With Manhood With Pants Down His Legs In Front Of Victims Sliding Glass Window

Florida, United States, 22nd August

A creep stalking a woman in the city of Deltona located in the US state of Florida was caught by deputy officers, after they saw the man exposing his manhood to the lady on Saturday night on 22nd August.

The video shows the moment the offender identified as Francisco Javier Orozco Gutierrez, 37, stands outside of the woman’s bedroom window with his pants down when police officers monitoring the neighbourhood catch him during the act.

The 37-year-old man was arrested by members of the Deltona Crime Suppression Team after a short foot chase around the corner of the woman’s home on Dunlap Drive.

Police officers started working on the case when the victim reported that Orozco had repeatedly knocked on her bedroom window and exposed himself to her at her sliding glass door ever since Monday.

The Sheriff’s Office posted a public safety alert about the incident, while detectives researching sex offenders from the area found a Nike shoe print at another resident’s house on Lavilla Street at around 2am on Wednesday.

Additionally, the initial victim from Dunlap Drive who was too afraid to look outside reported someone knocking loudly on her rear sliding glass again for several minutes at around 9am on Thursday.

An officer later encountered Orozco on the same street, wearing black athletic clothing and black Nike shoes that matched the footprint found at one of the victims’ place, which initially made Orozco a person of interest to the police.

After Deltona CST deputies set surveillance cameras in the victim’s home and monitored them on Friday and Saturday night, they spotted a man peeking inside the window at around 8.45pm on Saturday, after which he moved to a different window and dropped his pants up to knee-height while his hands were occupied in front of him.

He was immediately caught by deputies and charged with indecent exposure, voyeurism, stalking, loitering or prowling, and possession of drug paraphernalia as officers found a crack pipe in the immediate area where Orozco was taken into custody.

Orozco was transported to the Volusia County Branch Jail where he remained held Sunday morning on USD 33,000 bond.
