Video Shows Wildlife Officers Waking Up A Sedated Bear

BOULDER COLORADO: Colorado Parks & Wildlife NE Region shared a video of wildlife officers waking up a sedated female bear after she was relocated in a remote area. The bear was taken out of the Fraiser Meadows area in Boulder, Colorado in the United States. The Colorado Parks & Wildlife NE Region shared the video of waking up the sleeping bear on 5th of June. The video shows the bear who is laying out cold in her transporter getting a gentle shake from one of the wildlife officers who is trying to wake her up. The tight-sleeping bear is laying on a pile of ice, which according to the Colorado Parks & Wildlife Region is used to keep her cool. After a few shakes, the wildlife officer started throwing ice cubes near the head of the bear and the clinking sound woke the bear up. The Colorado Parks & Wildlife Region announced that the bear is released in a remote area in the mountains.
