Wanted Transsexual Human Trafficker Dubbed The She-Devil Tracked Down And Arrested In Germany
A Venezuelan transsexual dubbed ‘The She-Devil’ who was one of Europe’s most wanted criminals has been arrested in Germany on charges of human trafficking, money laundering and belonging to a criminal organisation.
The Spanish police had been chasing 34-year-old Leudis Isaac Corro Camacho ‘La Diabla’, believed to be a leader of a gang that smuggled women and transsexuals from her home country into Spain and Germany, for almost a year.
According to reports, La Diabla forced her victims to get breast implants and liposuction, for which she reportedly charged them EUR 12,000, which they had to pay back through forced prostitution.
Her victims were also reportedly locked up in flats throughout Spain and Germany, subjected to physical attacks and sometimes sold on to other clubs or pimps.
La Diabla was finally tracked down and arrested in a hotel on Graumannsweg (Street) in the German city of Hamburg late on Wednesday, 1st December. She had been on Europol’s most wanted criminals list for a month.
According to reports, she was tracked down after she unwittingly gave away her location on social media, leading the Spanish police to alert their German counterparts.
She was reportedly found alongside her boyfriend, Lithuanian hockey player Robert Licitis, who was also arrested.
La Diabla is believed to have fled Spain to Germany at the end of last year with her German boyfriend at the time, who is a former cop and who has also since been arrested.
She will now be extradited to Spain.
