This is the moment cops in Brasil saved a one-year-and-five-month-old baby who was choking in Jardim Vaz de Lima, south of Sao Paulo, on 21st February 2022.

A couple reported their son was unconscious and requested the team at the Vaz de Lima Community Base.

Military police personnel from the 1st Battalion of the Metropolitan Military Police were alerted to the incident and administered first assistance. The little one was able to breathe again after the Heimlich Manoeuvre.

The family was taken to the hospital by the police, and the child is doing well thanks to the officers’ promptness and professionalism.
