The Russian MoD said pilots flew at an altitude of around 8,000 metres and hits speeds of 750kph (466mph).

Pilots also engaged in master-slave manoeuvres, a type of communication or control where one device or vehicle controls one or more other devices.

The MoD said: “The flight was carried out at an altitude of about 8,000 metres at a speed of about 750kph in combat formations at minimum intervals and distances.
