Two days before in the city of Wuzhou in the southern Chinese province of Guangxi, two workers were left dangling in front of a building after being blown from their position during strong winds.

In the footage, the two workers are seen swinging in front of a tall building by their safety ropes before slamming into a window.

Swinging back across the front of the building like a pendulum, one worker manages to grab the rail of a balcony and steady themselves.

According to the news site Baidu, the two workers were carrying out an exterior wall lighting project when the weather changed and strong winds blew them from their position.

After managing to steady themselves, the workers were able to get inside the building to safety without suffering an injury.
