A couple who were caught in a car that was being sought by cops are now facing charges for having sex in the back of the police car and filming it for OnlyFans.

Cops stopped the driver and passenger of a black BMW after they found that its number plate was subject to a seize tag order.

The stop took place on Interstate 75 north Mile Marker 98 in the US state of Florida in the early hours of 18th November.

The driver, identified as Yordan Alberto Noa, and his passenger, identified as Summer Joy Watkins, were placed by one of the attending officers in a police car so their car could be towed.

The two 24-year-olds were due to be dropped off at a petrol station in the city of Naples in Southwest Florida, where they were to make their own arrangements to get home.

According to Trooper Perez-Morales, after Watkins was placed in the back of the police car, she shouted to Noa: “Baby, we should record an OnlyFans video back here.”

After Noa was also placed in the back of the car, Perez-Morales reported that Watkins asked him “what if I suck his dick back here?” to which he replied negatively.

She then reportedly asked him again “can I suck his dick back here?” to which he replied “no” before closing the door and walking away briefly.

While Perez-Morales was temporarily away from the car, the prisoner compartment camera caught the two unhandcuffed passengers engaging in oral sex in the backseat.

According to Perez-Morales in the police report: “Shortly after I closed the door, Mr. Noa took his penis out of his shorts. The defendant then bent down and began to perform oral sex on Mr. Noa for approximately 40 seconds (the prisoner compartment camera captured all events). The defendant can be heard saying ‘fuck Five-O’ while giving oral sex. Mr. Noa then can be seen/heard yelling, ‘can ya’ll hear me? She’s sucking dick in the back of a State Trooper right now’.”

According to the officer, Noa filmed the act on his mobile phone and proceeded to call a friend on FaceTime, to whom Watkins reportedly said: “I just sucked his dick in the back of a police car.”

Noa was then taken out of the police car by Trooper Eliassaint and arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance after marijuana and codeine and promethazine were found in his vehicle.

Watkins was then dropped off at the petrol station alone, and it was only when Perez-Morales then reviewed the footage from the camera that he discovered the sex act.

The officer drove straight back to the petrol station, where he arrested Watkins for lewd and lascivious behaviour and breach of the peace.

Watkins faces two charges and Noa five including exposure of sexual organs.

The two are currently free on bond and are due to appear before court next month.
