Dangerous Ex-Felon Arrested After He Beat A Eldery Person And Stole Her Car

Flagler County, Florida, 19 June

Police arrested a former murderer who beat an elderly woman and fled the scene in her car. Angelo Walsh, 38, battered a victim and then stole her silver Honda CRV after attempting to hotwire another nearby car in Flagler County in Florida on 19th June. A Ring video doorbell footage shows how the culprit tries to steal a nearby car, when he notices the victim he is heading towards, he hits the woman several times and steals her vehicle keys. Walsh gets in the car, starts an attempt to hit another motorist, then withdraws and leaves the scene. During his attempt to flee, cops observed Walsh travelling at speeds of 112 kilometres per hour and turning and getting out of the traffic lanes threatening public safety. Deputies arrested Walsh after he crashed the stolen car into a tree at the Red Roof Inn Hotel in Palm Coast. Flagler County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a statement:” This is not Walsh’s first encounter with law enforcement. He has a lengthy criminal history dating back to 2001. The 38-year-old Angelo Walsh was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility with multiple charges including Battery on a Person over 65. He is held on no bond.
