This is the great moment three white Tampa officers surprise a black woman on her 80th birthday with flowers and balloons.

The video of the incredible birthday surprise was recorded in Tampa, Florida and was shared by Tampa Police Department on 23th August.

Officers spotted a Tampa citizen throwing a birthday party for her mother’s 80th birthday and decided to join.

They went to get balloons and flowers and came back to congratulate the celebrated woman who looks fabulous for her age.

The officers’ gesture was appreciated by netizens, gathering over 1.6 million views in one day.

Nessa Williams who said that she is the daughter of the celebrant in the video wrote: ” Thanks to TPD! This is my mom and when I tell you “my mom”, this happiness is priceless.”
