This is the moment a terrifying tornado rips through a beach cafe as people run for cover.
The powerful twister was caught on CCTV as it ripped through a cafe in Nebug, Krasnodar Krai, Russia, on 22nd July.
Footage of the blast shows how the first clue came when the metal security shutters started to rattle.
Within seconds, they were ripped off the wall by the powerful twister and sent spinning through the cafe and over the counter into a footpath.
Meanwhile, food and crockery were sent flying as the twister tore through the eaterie while the owner cowered in a corner.
Outside in the pathway, passersby could be seen running for cover.
Russia’s regional Ministry of Emergency Situations said the twister formed in the Black Sea as a waterspout before moving inland and becoming a tornado.
No one was reported as injured.
According to local media, several powerful tornadoes were reported in Nebug, Agoy, Tuapse and Shepsi in the Russian region.
Heavy storms also affected the district of Lazarevsky in the Black Sea resort of Sochi and 90 millimetres of rain was recorded in one hour.
