LORD OF THE BINS: Worker Finds Woman’s GBP12K Wedding Ring Chucked Out With Trash

This is the moment a hero worker finds a woman’s GBP 12,000 diamond wedding ring after it was binned with kitchen rubbish.

The woman had lost her ring while she was eating in a restaurant in Zhengzhou, Henan province, central China.

But when she went back to the venue she was told nobody had found it and it might have been thrown away with the rubbish.

So she persuaded workers to help her sift through dozens on bin bags of trash in a desperate bid to find the sparkler.

Video footage of the search shows the painstaking hunt as the searchers empty out bag after bag for a fingertip search.

Then – after rummaging for two hours – one worker shouts in triumph and holds the ring aloft.

In the footage, the woman is seen taking the ring from the worker and screaming in excitement before thanking the workers for their efforts.

But social media users were not entirely happy over her good luck.

Douyin user ‘Fat Face’ commented: “So are you taking pictures or are you digging through the rubbish with them?”

‘Lazy sheep’ remarked: “You should invite the guy to dinner.”
