Minor Homicide Suspect Led Cops On A Hot Pursuit

A 50-mile pursuit ended with an arrest after Martin County Sheriff’s Office deputies cornered a teenager who, killed someone, threw the body in the back of his truck and fled the scene.

17-year old Carlos Castaneda murdered another person in Palm Beach County in Florida on 20th August.

Authorities reported that the suspect tried dragging the body to a canal with an accomplice, then put it in the back of his pick-up truck and took off.

Deputies tracked the truck north on Highway 95 in Martin County, reaching speeds of 100 miles per hour.

The truck left the main highway and even into the woods before going out on the street again.

Then a deputy tried the ” pit manoeuvre”, sending a Ford F-150 turning into the grass.

Law enforcement officers jumped into action with guns fired.

Castaneda was placed in custody and the woman who was with him also surrendered.

Castaneda faces serious charges in Martin County as well as Palm Beach County.

Officers did not reveal the identity of the woman who accompanied him.
