Moment Mum In Kazakhstan Makes U Turn In Car And Tot, 3, Falls Out Onto Road

This is the shocking moment a car turns sharply in the road and a toddler falls out of the passenger seat and tumbles out onto the tarmac.

The incident was filmed in the village of Otegen Batyr in the district of Ile in Kazakhstan’s Almaty Region, and the video was later shared on Instagram where it has been viewed 122,000 times.

In the clip, filmed at around 10am on 17th May, the driver of a blue car is seen making a U-turn in the street as the passenger door flies open and a young child falls out.

The poor tot tumbles onto the tarmac and a passing car misses her by a few metres.

Apparently dazed, the girl’s mother runs to her aid and scoops her in her arms.

The local police said: “As a result of operational and search activities, inspectors identified the driver of the Hyundai Elantra.”

The police confirmed that the mother is 32 years old and her daughter is aged three, adding that the tot was not wearing a seatbelt. It is unclear if the passenger door was faulty or not closed properly.

However, the girl was not injured in the incident.

The police questioned the mother and launched proceedings for “failing to comply with the requirements necessary for transporting passengers”.
