WUFF JUSTICE: Police Seize Brute Filmed Throttling Pup

A man filmed throttling a tiny dog at a pet playground has been seized by police.

Shocking footage of the pup’s ordeal emerged on social media when a horrified witness posted footage of the strangling on Facebook.

In the footage – filmed at the Sung Wong Toi Playground Pet Garden in Hong Kong on 21st July – the burly suspect is seen grasping the pup by the neck.

As he pins it to the ground, the small dog struggles desperately only to be picked up and body-slammed on its back.

Then its torturer grabs it again by the throat and presses down hard while a second man keeps the dog still.

The person who posted the footage – not named in local media – reportedly said the man was taking out his frustration on the animal.

And although the pup was clearly terrified by the attack, local media reports suggest it was not killed.

Local media reported that police arrested the 39-year-old driver – who has not been named – on suspicion of animal cruelty.

It is understood that he is not the owner of the dog, according to local media, and it is currently unclear who is.
