FCSO Arrested A Couple Of Drug Traffickers
A Driver complaint to police about a reckless driver leads to the arrest of two drug traffickers and the seizure of fentanyl and cocaine.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) responded to a call about a reckless driver travelling with flat tires north on US1 near Plantation Bay Road in Florida on 20th July.
Cops located the suspicious vehicle, a 2006 silver Lincoln, parked on the side of the road with two bumpy tires. On the spot were identified Steven Magnolia,34, and Alyssa Humphrey,29.
Magnolia was attempting to fix the flat tires. He stated he was on his way to Bunnell when both tires popped.
During interrogations, deputies noticed a knife in Magnolia’s waist and both Magnolia and Humphrey appeared to be under the influence of narcotics.
During a search of the vehicle, a plastic bag with a powdered grey substance was recovered from the car, along with a scale, glass pipe and lighter. Upon checking the suspects in Humphrey’s bra, a plastic straw with a powdery white substance was found, which was confirmed to be cocaine. A total of 21.44 grams of fentanyl and 7.89 grams of cocaine were recovered from the vehicle.
Both occupants were arrested and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility.
Magnolia was charged for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Equipment and Trafficking Fentanyl with a USD 50,500 bond.
Humphrey was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia/Equipment, Possession of Cocaine, and Trafficking Fentanyl. She’s being held on a USD 53,000 bond.
