Florida Man, 20, Sexually Abuses Family Dog With Tongue And Fingers
A 20-year-old Florida man is being investigated for sexually abusing his family dog with his tongue and fingers.
New Smyrna Beach Police Department Animal Services have filed a complaint against Nicholas Schaab for sexually abusing his dog after a video was allegedly sent to the police by an ex-girlfriend.
The police are now investigating Schaab and his roommates Peter Rogalski and Laura Daughtrey, although no charges had been brought at the time of writing.
A civil complaint has been filed against Schaab for sexual activity involving an animal.
However, the police have taken Berkeley the dog into protective care as the investigation continues. The animal is being looked after by the Southeast Volusia Humane Society.
On Wednesday, a complaint was filed in court that quotes Officer M. Wilk as stating: “Nicholas Schaab knowingly engaged in sexual contact with an animal by using his tongue to lick the anus of the dog and use his fingers to digitally touch the anus.
“Mr Schaab also recorded video footage of the sexual contact.”
The police said Schaab’s ex-girlfriend received the video from an unknown number before alerting the authorities.
According to the complaint, another male is allegedly seen in the video who has not been named yet and it is also unclear if the suspect was with Schaab in person or via a video chat.
The complaint continues: “In the video you can see the dog (Berkeley) laying on the couch. [Redacted] explained she recognized the couch and that it is in Mr. Schaab’s residence [redacted].
“Mr. Schaab is then seen grabbing the dog’s tail and moving it to the side. You can then see Mr. Schaab put his face to the dog’s anus and lick the anus of the dog. Mr. Schaab is also seen using his fingers to point and touch at the dogs anus.”
Earlier this month, Schaab was arraigned on misdemeanour domestic battery charges for choking, beating, and spitting on an ex-girlfriend numerous times during their two-year relationship, according to Volusia County Court records.
Schaab has pleaded not guilty in that case.
The investigation into the alleged dog abuse video continues.
