This is the bizarre moment a young woman performs a raunchy dance for a young boy on the tube in front of stunned passengers.

The bizarre scene was filmed on the metro in Chengdu City in the south-central Chinese province of Sichuan on 24th June, and the footage has been widely shared on social networks.

In the video, the woman is seen gyrating her hips and shaking her pert booty in front of a young, masked boy on the tube.

The woman uses the hand pole and grab handles for some dance routines.

At one point she nearly thrusts her behind into the face of the filming passenger as the boy looks on, unsure what to make of the exclusive performance.

She is also seen doing the splits in front of the bemused young lad.

According to reports, the young woman arrived on the tube with the boy and could be his mother, however this has yet to be confirmed by the local authorities.

A complaint was filed with the tube operator and the police are investigating the scenes in the footage.

The authorities said they need to first establish the relationship between the woman and the boy as well as the circumstances behind her impromptu performance before deciding on the next course of action.
