Teen Led Cops On A Hot Pursuit With Stolen Car In Ohio

This is the moment a teenager led the Solon police on a high-speed chase while driving a stolen vehicle.
The officers found out that a 2016 Toyota Tundra pick-up truck which was reported stolen was parked on Neptune Drive in the city of Solon in Ohio.
With the help of an automated license plate reader camera the officers found out that the car was reported stolen out of Broadview Heights.
According to the police, the officers witnessed three occupants entering the vehicle. The police tried to stop them, but they fled the scene.
The high-speed pursuit went westbound on Miles Road to Brainard Road with the suspect performing several dangerous manuevres and driving in the opposite lane.
The car was stopped with the help of stop sticks placed by the police. Two tires were deflated after the driver ran over them which caused the driver to lose control over the vehicle and crash into a tree.
All three occupants of the vehicle were transported to a local hospital where they were treated for injuries suffered in the crash.
The police found out that the driver, whose name has not been disclosed is a 17-year-old male from Cleveland. He was accompanied by two passengers identified as Rashad Zahir, 23, of Cleveland and Joshua Tolliver, 20, of Cleveland.
The police also found out three guns and suspected marijuana during a search of the car. One of the guns was stolen from Orange.
Both Zahir and Tolliver face charges of receiving stolen property, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and having weapons under a disability while criminal charges are pending for the teen driver.
