MY OTHER CAR IS A PAW-CH: Tiny Driving Dog Collared by Traffic Cops

Koda the pint-sized Pomeranian copped a police record when traffic cops slapped her toy car with a ticket for not having a license plate.

The tiny pooch regularly helps owner Jena McKinstry, 33, who runs a pet therapy service.

So with the help of police in Orlando in Florida, she filmed Koda cruising in her Paw-ch lookalike convertible for a driving awareness stunt.

Koda – complete with sunglasses and a coffee cup holder – is apparently pulled over by police for violating local license plate laws.

As the cop reads her the riot act, Koda looks around shiftily until the officer gives her a ticket and she then drives off.

The penitent pooch was then filmed cruising down to the local tax collection office to cough up for a tiny registration plate for her car.

Jena – whose therapy company is called Smiles Fur Miles – explained that they offer “specialised pet therapy where specially trained dogs Like Koda ride in cars, and we also promote a safe-driving video series with local police departments”.

Sjhe added: “The video of Koda was the first video to kick off the entire Drive Safe Video series with Koda and the police departments.”

She added: “My dog, full name Koda the Fluff, promotes a variety of different things but we are mainly trying to ‘make the world a happier place one smile at a time’.

“We provide pet therapy to hospitals, schools, first responders, and local businesses.

“Koda rolls in the building in her little car and radio playing either happy music or oldies, and takes pictures with staff, and sometimes passes out little treats in a red wagon she tows behind the car.

“We visit anyone who could use a smile and positive distraction. We are advocates of positive mental health!”

Jena told Newsflash: “Koda also visits schools to promote anti-bullying campaigns.”

She added: “The ‘Drive Safe’ video series, made with local police departments, offers friendly community reminders and information on safe driving practices.

“The series is very special to us and we have made seven episodes so far with many more in store.”
